When this Privacy Policy applies


This Privacy Policy applies to all services and products offered by the Rivare Consulting and its affiliates, including Recolter Consulting Services. 

Our privacy policy does not apply to services and products offered by other companies and individuals. We are not responsible for the privacy policies and practices of other websites, even if you access them using links from the Recolter Consulting websites. Collection and Use of Information
Recolter Consulting collects personal information in order to provide you with our services and products. We collect the information you give us, and information we get from your use of our services and products.

From time to time, Rivare Consulting receives personal information about individuals from third parties. This may happen, for instance, if your employer is a member of Rivare Consulting.

Rivare Consulting may also use this information to help Rivare Consulting understand your needs and interests to better tailor our products and services to meet your needs.

Sharing of Information
We do not sell personal information to anyone and do not otherwise reveal your personal data to third parties for their independent use unless (1) you request or authorise it, to seek employment with a prospective employer (2) it’s in connection with Rivare Consulting services you have purchased; (3) the information is provided to comply with the law, enforce an agreement we have with you, or to protect our rights, property or safety, or the rights, property or safety of our employees or others; (4) to Rivare Consulting affiliated companies; (5) or the information is provided to our agents, vendors or service providers who perform functions on our behalf.

Transferring Your Information Outside of the European Economic Area (EEA) and Hong Kong
In using your information as set out in this Policy, it may be transferred to countries outside the EEA and Hong Kong, as we run globally. By way of example, this may happen if one of our associated companies or our service providers is located in a country outside the EEA.  When we transfer personal data from the EEA and Hong Kong, you will fully be aware, as you would have purchased this service.

We are committed to protecting the security of your personal information. We have implemented appropriate physical, technical and administrative safeguards. In addition, we train our employees about the importance of confidentiality and maintaining the privacy and security of your information.
